Our maintenance department has extensive experience in building maintenance and related functions and continuously supervises all maintenance. The department deals with all tenant complaints and maintenance related problems and has the experience to handle any situation that may arise.
Where applicable, cost of repairs or replacements are collected from tenants responsible for same.
TUPA have an established association with reliable contractors in all fields of maintenance and are able to negotiate competitive fees and monitor the contractor’s performance in terms of their contracts. Quotations for major repairs and maintenance are sent to the Owners for prior approval.
Periodic inspections are made and, when considered necessary, reports and recommendations are submitted to the owner.
